Agile Delivery
Introduction
A 2 day course that provides a detailed introduction to the Agile software delivery processes and techniques. Example driven and covering the entire end to end Agile delivery cycle, this is an excellent way to kick start your Agile adoption.
Course Description
Through numerous examples and practicals the course aims to get your development teams up to speed on what an Agile project is, looks and feels like, and how it operates. With an emphasis on iterative and incremental development and delivery, the course takes each delegate through the entire software delivery lifecycle.
While not a formal introduction to a specific Agile methodology, it provides examples of the key concepts of eXtreme Programming and Scrum and provides a framework from which delegates can then choose a specific methodology.
