Agile Twenty/20
Coming Soon.....
The agile tools industry is a crowded space, with many of the big players currently manouvering for position. Unfortunately most offer an 'introductory free' offer and then look to lock you in to a high price license fee based product. In addition many of these tools do not offer the facitilies to support the latest thinking in Agile. yes they are all pretty Ajax drag and drop based system, that emulate story card walls. Unfortunately very few teams can afford a HD projector to make real use of these products.
One of the best tools I have used on many Agile projects is XPlanner, a rather nice clean and simple tool that was open source and free. Unfortunately support for XPlanner has pretty much deminishe to a few bug updates, and the product is now sorely lacking in latest thinking. Also anyone who has ever used XPlanner will know that burndown charts are not the best, difficult to produce and rely on a asynchronous script to run each night to generate, so instant feedback to changes on the project are difficult, if not impossible to produce.
Based entirely on PHP, HTML and Javascript, it works on all major platforms, Mac OSX, Linux and Windows, and all major browsers Firefix 2 & 3, Safari and even Explorer if you must.
Easy to install and configure you can be up and running within 30 minutes.
Agile Twenty/20 supports a wide range of features to help all members of an agile project
- Multi Level Planning [Project, Release, Iteration]
- Dynamc Release Plan Creation
- Support for Value Currency
- Multiple Story Types [Epic, Theme, User]
- Dynamic Burndown creation
- Multiple Burndowns [Currency, Story, Task]
